    Help you find relief from the distressing symptoms of trauma, supporting you towards a place where you are able to continue with your life without feeling overwhelmed by what happened.

    All trauma therapy is undertaken to the highest safety standards. You do not need to re-tell the details of the traumatic event(s) unless you want to, ensuring that you are not re-traumatised

    Give you tools and techniques for those moments when anxiety and overwhelm and self-doubt strike, helping you to feel calmer and more in control.

    Provide an emotionally safe space to work through the difficult emotions and challenges after a loss or bereavement, at a pace that is right for you.

    When you feel ready, we can start to consider and weigh up future plans and alternative courses of action. But I will never try to tell you what you to do, or insist that my way is the right way.
